About the Artist.
Since 1978 my greatest inspiration has been my wife. When my children came along in the mid – 80’s, I watched them grow, they became another source of inspiration for me.

“Do what you do for you, share it with others.”
 

In 2002 I released my first book, ‘Meat Harry.’ A few years later I was about to release my second book, ‘Just a Butcher,’ a book about love and what it means to me, my feelings and my thoughts… I was very worried about how it would be accepted. I almost didn’t release it… People were going to know my feelings… Could I handle that?
 

I had a copy of my manuscript beside me in the car, at a red light I opened it, the page I opened it to had the line “Do what you do for you, share it with others.” written on it… I realized at that moment that I had written something that helped me. I knew then that nobody would stop me from doing the things in life that I wanted to do.
I’m not the best chess player in the world but that didn’t stop me from starting a junior chess club, which I would run for the next 17 years.
A few years later I started writing plays and soon discovered that people not only enjoyed watching my plays, but also wanted to perform in them. In 2022 I had 14 people involved in a 45 minute play; we had the best time.
 

On Christmas Eve 2018, my family were all going to be home for Christmas. While I was out picking up last minute stocking stuffers, I decided that that night we should paint along with Bob Ross, (we had all talked about doing this.) just to see what we could do… The result was me continuing to paint, and I love it. Since that time I’ve painted over 350 paintings… Some of them are here today for you to enjoy…
